Accessible Sliding Scale Prices

  Kellen believes that someone's financial situation should not impede them from accessing the self-care they desire. Her desire is that yoga is financially accessible and sustainable, for everyone.Therefore, she offers private or small group prices based on a sliding scale. Like everything in life, our financial situation ebbs and flows. For that reason, when you contact her, please share what you are able to afford in exchange for your desired service, and we can find something that works for everyone. She appreciates your transparency and vulnerability in offering an amount that works for you. Throughout different times in her life she has been supported by others and she desires to extend her gratitude for that love.

Yoga for Every Body

Cyclists

If you love being out on two wheels and want to support your cycling (your body!), consider a session specific for your sport. Intention can be to increase strength, stretch out your already hard-worked muscles and fascia, or open up the chest and shoulders (no need to be aero in class!). 

Take your mind off watts, intervals and VO2 Max for just a moment! The benefits will go far beyond the bike! 

If you have a team or regular group ride posse that you would like to join in the fun, it is an excellent way to get together out of the saddle and treat your bodies to some TLC. Do it!

Runners

If the trials of miles and miles of trials could use a little less miles and trials, consider a session to help you help yourself. Sessions will be based on your goals. Perhaps opening up the chest and increasing blood flow to those intercostals, or increasing flexibility in tight hamstrings. If you're looking for a more relaxing, balancing session, we can do that too. Perhaps you can incorporate your yoga into an active rest day.

EDUCATORS

A former teacher, Kellen understands the rewards and expectations of being in the classroom. It is important to dedicate regular time and energy to your own self-care and nourishment, as you give so much throughout your day.

TRAUMA OR INJURY RECOVERY

Injuries tend to be a part of life, as we often push too hard, for too long, or sometimes we experience something out of our control. Kellen has extensive experience recovering from severe trauma (click here to read more) as well as pesky injuries incurred through sports. She would be humbled and honored to be part of your recovery.

Kellen has a deep place in her heart for those recovering from injury, surgery or trauma. A survivor of a bicycle v auto accident, she knows the journey, heart-ache, challenge, and growth that come along with a life-changing event. Her compassion and kindness is palpable, and you will feel fully supported and heard in her engaging presence. Like the Phoenix rising from the ashes, rebirth is often the result of trials and tribulation.

Kellen teaches an "Align & Restore" class at Encourage in Croton, New York, on Wednesdays from 1130a-1245p. You can also find her on Saturdays at Encourage for a "Strengthen & Flow" class from 945-11a.  


 She also leads Vinyasa Flow classes at Good Karma in Peekskill, New York, on Tuesdays at 9:15a & 7:00p, and Wednesdays at 9:15a.


Also at Good Karma, Kellen offers Yoga Nidra. This Fall, we welcome you Friday, September 13, and Friday, September 27, 7-815p; and Thursday, October 10, 730-845p.


Join her at PranaMoon Yoga once a month on Fridays for Yoga Nidra. The September offering is Friday, September 20th, from 7-815p.
