Kellen offers private lessons or small group sessions. These are all offered on a sliding scale basis, which means that she asks that you pay what you can afford based on a price list she provides. This is based on her desire to share yoga & personal training with her community, and support you in your self-care. Yoga was an integral part of her healing after her accident and has become foundational in her daily life and she re-integrated strength training as soon as she was able.
Affordability & Sustainability – With prices that fit your financial situation, she aspires to create accessibility by providing affordable and sustainable prices. When you contact her she will send you a list of sliding scale prices.
Private Sessions – This includes initial communication regarding your current state and your desired outcomes. From this conversation we can determine which yoga practice is best for you, and then determine frequency. We will work together to create a schedule.
Small Group Classes – This is a good option if you would like to get together with a couple of friends and make it more accessible for all of you. Size would be from 2-5 people.
Location & Duration - This is contingent on scheduling and availability. We will establish a suitable location after we are in contact, and the duration of your session will also be dependent on your availability and goals.
