Having come back from being skin and bones after her accident to rebuilding strength, stamina, and muscle mass, she understands the trials and rewards of stepping one foot in front of another to achieve optimal health. As an athlete she also loves the vision of a training plan and the discipline, sense of accomplishment, and growth that occurs with consistency.
When you work alongside Kellen you will experience her immense compassion as well as her dedication to bringing out the most in others. Kellen is an accredited Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and brings her background as a runner, cyclist, strength trainee, all-around competitive athlete, and trauma survivor to inform your sessions. With a penchant for learning she is constantly reading current research on various facets related to the field of fitness and training.
